For treatments in our office
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Preferred Massage is taking extra precautions with the sanitization of our space and safety of each client.
We are:
- Self-Assessing each day
- Wearing a mask during treatment
- Provide hand sanitizer before and after the treatment
- Providing more time between clients to sanitize high touch areas such as railings/doorknobs
- Provide a mask to client if requested
- Ensure that a COVID-19 Waiver is signed (or agreed to when booking online)
- Change massage smock or wear a replaceable apron between clients
- Relaxing the cancellation policy to one hour prior to appointment time
We ask:
- Clients to use hand sanitizer before and after treatments
- Agree with the waiver prior to appointment and for every future treatment
- Use hand sanitizer before and after the treatment
- Wear your own mask or request a mask, client will wear one on their own comfort level.
- If self assessment brings concern for health to cancel the appointment within an hour of the appointment
- Preferred payment is via e-transfer to gailkorpan@gmail.com or cash/cheque.
Symptoms of COVID-19 may include:
- fever
- fatigue
- dry cough
- difficulty breathing
- sore throat
- loss of smell or taste
For Corporate Chair Massage appointments
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Preferred Massage is taking extra precautions with the sanitization of our space and safety of each chair massage client.
We are:
- Self-Assessing each day
- Wearing a mask during treatment
- Provide hand sanitizer before and after the treatment
- Providing more time between clients to sanitize high touch areas such as railings/doorknobs
- Provide a mask to employee if requested
- Ensure that a COVID-19 Waiver is signed before each treatment
- Change massage smock or wear a replaceable apron between clients
We ask Employees to:
- Use hand sanitizer before and after treatments
- Agree with the waiver prior to appointment and initial for every future treatment
- Wear their own mask or request a mask, if they would like to wear one during the treatment
- If during our self-assessment we are not feeling well please cancel, even with short notice
